Professor Maureen Taylor is a research monitoring and evaluation (M&E) specialist. Taylor has worked as the M&E Research Specialist on traditional media and new media communication campaign projects in crisis prone areas across Africa, Asia, E&E, and the MENA region for USAID, Department of State, European Union and DFID. As a field researcher, Maureen integrates the traditional methods of social science including survey research, randomized design, network analysis, content analysis, focus groups, interviews, and participatory methods into measuring the impact of donor funded projects. As a trainer, Maureen instructs organizations how to set up, develop tools and toolkits and use M&E findings to improve sustainability and impact. She is a member of the Arthur S. Page Society and serves as Editor in Chief of the Public Relations Review.
