The program will explore how the sector can continue to learn and find opportunities to deliver with new and innovative approaches.
Abstract submissions are encouraged under one of the topics:
new approaches
embedding research into practice
looking after ourselves and others
communities.
Information about the call for abstracts is available on the conference website, including submission guidelines with detailed information about the conference theme and topics to address. Abstracts are due by 8 February 2021.
Abstract submissions are open to all involved in emergency management including career staff, volunteers, academics, industry, community and all levels of government.
While the Bushfire and Natural Hazards CRC encourages all CRC researchers, PhD students and associate students to submit an abstract on their CRC research, the CRC is not in a position to financially support attendance as the conference falls after the end of the CRC on 30 June 2020.
