The Bushfire and Natural Hazards CRC now has a new logo which is being progressively embedded in communications, products and on the new website.
The thinking behind the new logo is based on a yellow warning triangle providing a clear linkage to the universal hazard sign. The inner colours are orange to represent the SES partners and red to represent fire partners. The different layers in the logo represent digging deeper into complex topics, representing the research nature of the CRC.
The BNHCRC website has been transitioned from the AEMI site to new remotely hosted site. This is through the same company that the Bushfire CRC uses which will enable the sharing of content should there be a requirement to do so. The website is still very simple but will be enhanced over the coming months. It is based upon the latest Drupel technology, which is widely used by major companies. The current Bushfire CRC website also uses Drupel, again making migration easier in the future.
