Abstract	The focus of this project is on providing simple practical tools that can help people to make better decisions and manage teams more effectively in emergency management. In addition to the creation of the tools themselves we are also seeking to understand how agencies can better utilise the products from research. The project therefore has three streams: team monitoring, decision making and organisational learning.
