Dr Anna Lukasiewicz

Anna is an interdisciplinary social scientist with expertise in natural resource management and social justice. Anna joined the ‘Policies, institutions and governance of natural hazards’ project in November 2015 to work on how we ‘share’ responsibility for disaster resilience with a community. 

Her past research includes projects on the social aspects of environmental water stakeholder advisory groups, climate change adaptation at a catchment level, and the last three decades of water reform in Australia. Anna has a PhD from Charles Sturt University in Natural Resource Management, a Masters in Social Science (International Development) from RMIT and a Bachelor of International Studies from the Flinders University of South Australia.
