Emergency management

Chairman of the Bushfire and Natural Hazards CRC, Dr Laurie Hammond, spoke on the new national research program at the Emergency Management Conference (EMC) in early July 2014.

This the annual conference presented by the Emergency Services Foundation to provide a forum for the exchange of the valuable information gained by emergency services workers in the line of duty, and in research.

Several other CRC researchers and end-user leaders will also be speaking.

The conference was at the Pullman Melbourne, Albert Park, Australia, 1-2 July 2014.
