Post fire field work
CRC researchers are out in the communities impacted by summer bushfires in South Australia and Western Australia.
Board Directors March 2014
The Board of the Bushfire and Natural Hazards CRC met in Hobart in March.
The Bushfire CRC is currently undertaking a series of forums and events to conclude its three year program of research.
Out of Uniform project team - at  2014 Adelaide Research Advisory Forum
The Out of Uniform project has published its first newsletter on recent progress. This project has assembled a team of researchers and end-users to look into non traditional forms of emergency volunteering.

The Australian Emergency Management Institute is holding a week of workshops, forums, masterclasses, and expert panels on emerging issues in emergency management.

The 7th Australasian Natural Hazards Management Conference is on in September 2014 in Wellington.

The CRC was present at the Australian and New Zealand Disaster and Emergency Management Conference in May.
