Kathy Gramp

Kathy’s experience at both board and operational levels across a diverse range of Australian organisations has served to hone important skills required of directors. She brings a unique blend of experience in Strategy, Finance, Risk, Corporate Governance and Change Management skills to Boards.

Her executive career has mainly been in commercial radio and digital media, in senior executive roles and as CFO with ASX-listed Austereo Limited. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, and a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Kathy has been a director of many private and public entities, including as a member of the inaugural board of the South Australian Fire and Emergency Services Commission (2004-2007).  On numerous boards she has served as the Chair or as a member of the Audit, Risk and Governance committees.

She is currently a director of Codan Limited CDA.AX (industrial technology), Godfrey’s Limited GFY.AX (specialist retail), Australian Institute of Company Directors, RAA Group (motoring, insurance, travel and security services), Masonic Charities Ltd , Silver Chain  Group (community health & aged care), Adelaide Community Hospital Alliance (private hospital group) and Council member for  Flinders University and Prince Alfred College.
